Complete and utter disappointment. Made an appointment for wheel balancing as same day walkin, according to staff, was a 2 hr window. Arrived early for said appointment and truck did not move for an hr. Finally, truck gets prepared to go in and I get told they need the wheel lock key for lugs. Unfortunately, I did not have it in the truck after checking. Appointment over because this TIRE shop does not have a key. Nonsense, not because I didn't think about it but because I was not made aware that I should bring it. Reminders people. An hr wait to be turned away will result in a lifelong customer never doing business with you again. Absolutely absurd.

Left my car running parked in the lot after service for roughly about an hour. No idea why, only noticed after I had paid and went to my car. Went in for tire balancing they did the job and I have been here multiple other times no issue. This is absolutely wild to me.

Horrible experience had me replace my whole catalytic converter because there so called experienced technician thought that was the issue for a knocking noise I explained to them I was hearing. Turns out I needed a timing chain the whole time for a 2012 gmc terrain so I'm just out of 1600$ for a mid-diagnose smh never again will I bring any of my vehicles to them Josh young

Went in for a tire rotation. The following day, my dad and I were doing the brakes on my car and realized the lug nuts were loose on the right side wheels. I drove over 50 miles without realizing. I could’ve been seriously injured, possibly even killed. I will no longer be going to this location.

This truly deserves recognition. 🌟 Even with only half an hour available, he didn’t hesitate — he stepped in immediately and sealed it perfectly, all without charging a single penny. That kind of generosity, skill, and professionalism is rare to find these days. He didn’t just fix a tire — he showed genuine care, integrity, and respect for someone’s time and situation. We are deeply grateful for such kindness. Mechanics like him restore faith in people. 🙏
